Skye’s longest running festival is back for its 17th appearance on the summer festivals’ circuit this July. Billed as “the biggest small festival in Scotland” it means that, once again, Skye is the place to spend the last fortnight of July. The festival is based at Sabhal Mòr Ostaig, Scotland’s Gaelic College in scenic Sleat in South Skye.
As well as a great main line up of concerts, the festival includes workshops in Gaelic, Gaelic song, stepdance and ceilidh dancing as well as ceilidhs at the Festival Club, and Aos Dana - the successful book festival.
Organised by SEALL a voluntary south Skye arts promotion group.
