Step Up 2 – FST Mentoring Programme

Following the success of last year’s programme FST is delighted to launch Step Up 2 – FST Mentoring Programme.

We are now seeking applications from arts leaders who are interested in becoming mentors in 2009. Participants will develop mentoring skills to support junior and middle managers across the sector and enhance their capabilities as a manager within their own organisation.

Nine selected applicants will come together for three separate training days in October and November 2009. In November you will be matched with two mentees who you will meet with for 6 to 8 mentoring sessions from January to November 2010. During this time you will also be supported by your trainer via telephone and two half day workshops in February and May to share progress and experiences with your STEP UP colleagues.

Further information and an application form is attached, if you would like to apply please complete and return by the 3rd July 2009.
